Movie Card – Monthly 2 Ticket Benefit | Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions
   • "Campaign" means the promotional program conducted by RRL.
   • "RRL" means Reliance Retail Limited, issuing the Movie Card to eligible customers.
   • "RewardPort" / "Travelport" means RewardPort Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and Travelport, the authorized technology and fulfillment partners for this Campaign.
   • "Voucher" / "Movie Card" means the unique code issued to eligible customers enabling monthly movie ticket bookings as per Campaign terms.
2. Eligibility
   • The Campaign is open to Indian residents aged 18 years or above.
   • Eligibility criteria (minimum purchase, transaction threshold, product category, etc.) shall be defined by RRL.
   • Employees, distributors, dealers, retailers, and agents of RRL, RewardPort, or Travelport may be excluded unless otherwise specified.
   • Offer void where prohibited by law.
3. Campaign & Registration Validity
   • The Movie Card must be registered within the timeline; activation last date will be 90 days from the date of purchase of product from RRL as per the offer terms.
   • Registration beyond the validity period will not be permitted.
   • Voucher stock is limited and subject to availability.
4. Voucher Registration Process

   To activate the Movie Card:

   1. Visit the designated campaign website or scan the QR code provided by RRL (printed on invoice or displayed at billing counter).
   2. Enter the unique Voucher Code.
   3. Complete the registration form (Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, etc.).
   4. Verify via OTP sent to the registered mobile number.
   5. Upon successful registration, the Movie Card will be activated for monthly bookings.

   Only successfully registered Movie Cards will be eligible for redemption.

5. Monthly Booking Process & Benefit Structure
   • The Movie Card entitles the customer to two (2) movie tickets per month, as per Campaign eligibility.
   • To avail the benefit, the customer must follow the booking process each month through the designated RewardPort/Travelport booking portal.
   • Bookings must be made using valid registered credentials/OTP.
   • Customer must select:
     • City/Region
     • Movie
     • Theatre
     • Show Date & Time
   • Booking confirmation will be shared via registered email and SMS.
   • Bookings must be placed at least 48 hours prior to OTP expiry (where applicable).
   • Each month’s entitlement is available for redemption during that specific monthly cycle in accordance with Campaign timelines.
6. Show Eligibility & Restrictions

   Unless otherwise specified in the Campaign:

   • Monday to Thursday: All shows eligible.
   • Friday to Sunday: Prenoon shows only.
   • First-week new releases are excluded.
   • Premium seating categories (Recliners, Insignia, Gold Class, IMAX, 4DX, Luxe, Onyx, Diner, Special Events, etc.) are excluded.
   • Seat allocation is subject to availability.
   • Show timings may vary by ±2 hours based on theatre schedules.
7. Coverage & Inclusions
   • The Movie Card covers the base ticket cost for up to two tickets per month, within the value defined under the Campaign.
   • Food & beverages, and any additional services are not included unless explicitly mentioned.
   • Tickets once issued cannot be cancelled, modified, or exchanged.
8. Usage Conditions
   • The Movie Card is valid for one-time registration only.
   • Benefit is available on a monthly basis and must be redeemed during the respective monthly cycle as per Campaign structure.
   • The entitlement is structured month-wise and is designed for use within each applicable month of validity.
   • Voucher is non-transferable and non-encashable.
   • No cash refund or credit will be provided.
   • Direct presentation of the Voucher at the theatre will not be valid.
   • Only one Movie Card per mobile number/email ID/household/IP address unless otherwise specified.
9. Technical Disclaimer

   RewardPort and Travelport shall not be responsible for:

   • Network failures
   • OTP delivery delays
   • Website downtime
   • Server disruptions
   • Any technical malfunction beyond reasonable control

   In case of system failure or unforeseen circumstances, RRL, RewardPort, and/or Travelport reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign without prior notice.

10. Third-Party Liability
    • RewardPort and Travelport act solely as booking facilitation and technology partners.
    • Theatre services, movie content, seating quality, cancellations, and show rescheduling are the responsibility of the respective cinema operator.
    • RRL, RewardPort, and Travelport shall not be liable for service deficiencies by third-party service providers.
11. Force Majeure

    In the event of natural calamities, regulatory restrictions, government orders, technical disruptions, or other events beyond control, RRL, RewardPort, and/or Travelport reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Campaign.

12. Dispute Resolution

    All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, unless otherwise specified by RRL.

1. Offer Eligibility
   • This Offer is available exclusively to eligible customers of Reliance Retail Limited (RRL) in the State of Telangana during the Offer Period.
   • Valid only for customers aged 18 years and above.
   • Participation is voluntary and subject to compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
   • The Offer is non-transferable.
2. Subscription Terms & Conditions

   By participating and redeeming the coupon code, the user agrees to comply with the OTT platform’s terms of use, including the official Terms of Use available at:

   The coupon code issued under this Offer:

   • Must be activated on or before June 2026 (activation deadline).
   • Entitles the user to a one (1) year subscription from the date of activation.
   • Cannot be revalidated, extended, or reinstated once expired.

   The subscription benefit:

   • Is non-transferable.
   • Cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.
   • Cannot be combined with any other promotional offer unless expressly permitted by the OTT platform.

   All issues relating to account access, streaming quality, content availability, login credentials, or subscription activation shall be handled directly by the OTT platform’s customer support.

3. Steps to Redeem

   2. Click "Apply Coupon" and enter your valid coupon code.
   3. Register/Login using your mobile number or email ID.
   4. Complete activation and enjoy content as per subscription terms.
   5. Please download OTT Play app for viewing content.
4. Limited Liability

   RRL and its implementation partner shall not be responsible for:

   • Server downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues.
   • Content removal or platform-level subscription changes by the OTT provider.
   • Incorrect details entered during redemption.
   • Loss, theft, or misuse of coupon codes after issuance.

   RRL’s/Travelport(Rewardport) liability is strictly limited to providing the coupon code under this Offer.

5. Modification & Withdrawal

   RRL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the Offer at any time without prior notice and amend these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion. Redemption requests not compliant with the Offer guidelines may be rejected.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

   This Offer shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Mumbai only.
